I loved everything about my stay. The staff were professional and courteous. The room was beautifully furnished, and I loved the outdoor lounging with the small private pool. Very relaxing.
My room was near the top of a rather steep hill. The staff was always nice enough to drive me back to the room, though. I would not have liked to have walked up there with my bags.

I liked this villa because of its location within the mountain and the many trees around the place makes you feel you are in the forest and the sounds of birds and animals around you and also the privacy of the place

Your service staff were outstanding. In particular our morning chef Wan and Rozi made us feel like the most important guests the Villas gad ever had. Thank you. The rooms were delightful and relaxing - spacious and well designed. A perfect romantic get away.
The music from the theme park was an interruption to the experience on the Thursday of our stay.

I liked the size, swimming pool, service was Great also the break fast was good
Any one can see your swimming pool frim out side and this is bad for privacy. It was a family day in the theme park and and the party sound was very very high and noisy until more than 11pm

Every thing was nice about the villas but the water was a bit cold in the swimming pool
The breakfast buffet was not that good compared to the villas I actually expected much more from them as a 5 star.

Club priveleges.
They refused to put us in the Villas because we traveled with a 5 years old daughter. This stupid rule they explaind as - "your child may fell in open swimming pool". We said that she can fell in any open swiming pool, but it did not helped. Than we offered them to remove the water from the swiming pool, but it did not helped as well. In overall instead of Villa,they put us in ordinary room in the main building , which we really disliked. All this really spoiled our vacation. This is the first time the hotel refused to let us with a child. Really stupid rules.
